Tommy Fu is a Vice President at The Townsend Group. His responsibilities include acquisitions, and asset management for Townsend’s Special Situations Group which targets investments in co-investments, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and fund secondaries in Asia-Pacific.

Previously, Mr. Fu was an Associate Director at Manulife Investment Management in Hong Kong, where he focused on deal origination, investment underwriting and execution of investment opportunities in Asia-Pacific. Prior to Manulife, he worked for Jinghui Capital Limited and Tianli Financial Limited in Hong Kong where he was responsible for evaluating, investing, and managing real estate opportunities including both equity and debt investments globally.

Mr. Fu received his Master of Science, majoring in Electrical Engineering, from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
