Zane joined Townsend Group in 2014 and is a Principal within Townsend’s fund underwriting team. Mr. Hemming leads Townsend’s due diligence of North American and U.S.-based Global non-core real estate funds including equity and real estate credit. This includes screening and underwriting of fund investments across Townsend’s advisory and discretionary client base with a focus on closed-end opportunities.

Zane graduated cum laude from Miami University with a major in Finance. He is a CFA charterholder.
