Paul is a Vice President at The Townsend Group in Hong Kong. His responsibilities include acquisitions and asset management for Townsend’s Special Situations group, which targets investments in co-investments, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and fund secondaries in Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining The Townsend Group in 2021, Paul was with Planum Partners in Australia, where he focused on investment opportunities in real estate across the capital spectrum and was responsible for advising clients in the real estate and infrastructure sectors on acquisitions, divestments, refinancing, and recapitalizations. Prior to Planum Partners, Paul worked at Atrium Investment Management as an Investment Analyst and was responsible for monitoring the $1.5 billion flagship multi-asset strategy. Paul commenced his career at PwC.

Paul received his Bachelor of Economics and Master of Commerce specializing in Quantitative Finance from the University of Sydney. Paul is a CFA® charter holder.
