Nicole Smeader provides relationship management and portfolio administration services to the firm’s comingled fund clients which represent $2 billion in real estate AUM.

Prior to joining Townsend, Ms. Smeader was an Associate in the Investment Property Group at CB Richard Ellis focused on strategic asset positioning services for the acquisition and disposition of investment properties.

Ms. Smeader received her JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, her MBA from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and her BS from John Carroll University.
