Mike Petras joined the Townsend Group in 2009 and is currently a Vice President. His responsibilities include strategic planning, portfolio structuring, performance analytics, and quarterly portfolio performance reviews for discretionary clients. Previously, Mr. Petras managed Townsend’s fund-level database.

Prior to joining The Townsend Group, Mr. Petras worked in Key Bank’s Corporate Real Estate department where he was responsible for lease administration on a portfolio of over 200 properties. Additionally, he worked at the McDonald Financial Group, handling performance reporting for a fund product.

Mr. Petras received a BS in Finance from Villanova University and obtained his MBA from Cleveland State University.
