George Fenton joined The Townsend Group in 2019 and serves as Vice President in the European Fund Underwriting team based in London. His responsibilities include investment due diligence of real estate funds and clubs, performance benchmarking, manager research, and market research.

He previously worked for LaSalle Global Partner Solutions as an Associate focused on U.K. and European fund underwriting. He assisted portfolio managers in the running of commingled real estate fund of funds portfolios investing in the U.K. and globally.

George received a BA(honours) in English from Royal Holloway, University of London and holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
