Dilon Glasko is a Vice President in the Special Situations group and is responsible for underwriting co-investment, joint venture, and secondary opportunities. In addition to underwriting, he assists in the asset management and the disposition of the investments.

Prior to joining Townsend Group in 2018, Dilon was a Financial Planning Associate at a registered advisory firm in Cleveland, Ohio, where he worked with clients on developing comprehensive financial plans.

Dilon earned a dual BA in Accounting and Financial Planning from the University of Akron.
