Denise Olszak is currently the Global Head of Human Resources and responsible for leading human resources activities for the firm globally. After joining Townsend approximately 27 years ago, Ms. Olszak has had the benefit of helping the firm grow from a Cleveland-based startup consultant to its current position as a global investment manager. As global director of human resources, she is focused on improving its recruiting and retention strategy through optimizing Townsend’s culture and market position as an employer of choice for world-class investment talent.
