Dan Ryder joined The Townsend Group in 2018 and now serves as a Vice President within the North America fund underwriting team. His responsibilities include underwriting non-core fund offerings across real estate equity and debt.

Prior to joining The Townsend Group, Mr. Ryder worked at Parkwood LLC, a private financial services firm in Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to working at Parkwood, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he analyzed the financial statements of publicly traded real estate clients.

Mr. Ryder graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University with a BSBA in Accounting. He is a registered CPA in the state of Ohio.
