We are committed to providing expert investment advice steeped in proprietary research. Our Director of Research, in coordination with our professionals responsible for maintaining specified areas of expertise, compiles extensive real estate and capital markets information, data and insight which is then vetted by our Investment Committee and developed into our annual View of the World (’VOTW’). Our investment decisions originate from the top down strategy developed in our VOTW. Our proprietary databases provide the cornerstone for much of this analysis. We maintain four databases - Investment Manager (captures manager attributes such as assets under management, personnel and processes), Pooled Fund (tracks over 650 funds currently available for investment), Public Real Estate Securities (details performance of 133 REIT funds sponsored by 60 managers), and Performance (contains more than 830 funds, more than 160 separate accounts, and more than 5,000 properties).
