Our Investment Manager Database captures the relevant attributes of the firms including such items as assets under management, personnel, and processes. It is continually updated attendant to every search we perform and every new commingled fund that a manager makes available for investment.

Our Commingled Fund Database tracks the open-end and closed-end commingled funds currently available for investment. The commingled fund database currently contains more than 650 commingled funds that are available for investment; it tracks all relevant characteristics of the funds and addresses relevant structural elements such as fees, control and alignment of interests.

We can query the database for funds by numerous characteristics such as strategy, return target, fees and term in order to allow us to compare funds by relevant attributes. We also use the commingled fund database, in conjunction with our performance database, to assist us in evaluating the manager's ability to execute the strategy proposed for the available offering.

Our Public REIT Manager Database tracks the performance of 133 funds, managed by 60 firms. The data can be tracked against the NAREIT Index, Wilshire REIT Index and Wilshire Real Estate Securities Index.

Our Performance Database contains relevant information regarding the historical performance of real estate investment managers. We use the data to examine and corroborate representations of managers offering services or funds to our Clients. The database monitors the performance of current and liquidated commingled funds; it includes both funds in which our Clients are invested and funds in which our Clients are not invested. This database contains more than 830 funds, more than 160 separate accounts, and more than 5,000 properties. It has a total value of more than $400 billion. The performance database is a relational database that functions as numerous databases. We can query the database by various attributes including time period, strategy (core, value, high return, international, etc.), and manager. We can analyze returns before and after fees, and we can quantify other return attributes such as risk, correlation, and information ratio. We can provide both time-weighted returns and internal rates of return. We can separate income, appreciation and cash flow.
